Compare your resume with a job description

Compare recognized job skills with the wording in your resume. Review matched and missing keywords to tailor your application around your actual experience.

Basic resume editing and PDF download are free and do not require an account.

How it works

For applicants who want to understand a role’s requirements before sending the same resume to every employer.

  1. 1Sign in and add your resume information to the editor.
  2. 2Paste a job description of 80–12,000 characters into Job Match.
  3. 3Review recognized skills, matches and terms not found in your resume.
  4. 4Describe only the skills you have and the experience you can support more clearly.

An example application

Example: A job asks for React, TypeScript and SQL. If React and TypeScript are recognized in your resume but SQL is missing, you can clarify a project where you actually used SQL.

Scope and limitations

  • The result is not an ATS score, hiring probability or employer assessment.
  • The tool uses a defined Turkish and English skills dictionary; it cannot understand every term or context.
  • A missing keyword does not prove a missing skill. Different wording can affect results.
  • The tool does not invent experience or automatically rewrite your resume.

Frequently asked questions

Does Job Match use AI?

No. Matching runs in your browser using a Turkish and English skills dictionary and text normalization rules.

Does a high match guarantee an interview?

No. Keyword coverage helps you review your resume. It does not determine the employer’s assessment or the application outcome.
