By using the Careerium platform (the "Platform" or "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Service Description

Careerium is a web platform that allows users to create, edit and download a professional resume in PDF format free of charge. The Platform provides the following core services:

• •Choose between resume templates
• •Customize colors and layout
• •Save and edit resumes in the cloud with a free account

3. Free Use

Careerium's core features (resume creation, template selection and PDF downloads) are completely free. You can use them without registering. A free account lets you save your resumes in the cloud and edit them later. No credit card information is required to create a free account.

4. Account Creation

When you create an account, you agree to:

• •Remain responsible for your account security
• •Keep your password secure
• •Remain responsible for all activity under your account

5. User Responsibilities

When using the Platform, you agree to follow these rules:

• •Do not use the Platform for unlawful purposes

• •Do not misuse the Platform with automated bots or software
• •Do not attempt to access other users' accounts or data

6. Intellectual Property

Your content: The personal information and content you enter in your resume belong to you. Careerium does not claim any rights over that content.

Platform content: Careerium's design, logo, templates, software and other content belong to Careerium and are protected by copyright. They may not be copied, distributed or used commercially without permission.

7. Data and Privacy

For details about how your personal data is processed, please review our Privacy Policy By using the Platform, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

Careerium provides the Platform "as is" and does not accept liability in the following cases:

• •The Service is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free
• •A resume is not guaranteed to result in a successful job application
• •Careerium is not liable for data loss caused by technical failures
• •Careerium is not responsible for inaccurate information entered by users

9. Account Suspension and Deletion

Careerium reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms without prior notice. You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting info.careerium@gmail.com .

10. Changes

We may update these Terms of Use when necessary. We will notify users of material changes. Continuing to use the Platform after an update means that you accept the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction over any dispute.
